About SaaS Savvy
As a former Presales Solutions Consultant at Zendesk, I advised Silicon Valley enterprises and high-growth UK fintechs on SaaS CRM solutions, closing multi-million dollar deals along the way.
But early in my SaaS career, I couldn’t tell an API from AWS. Thinking coding was the answer, I quickly realized that learning to code didn’t give me the language I needed for customer conversations. I needed to talk tech, not code it.
So, I pivoted, building my technical literacy and industry acumen from the ground up. This approach ultimately led me to lead technical training for Zendesk’s entire Go-To-Market team, taking my tech career to unimagined heights and achieving financial freedom.
Now, I’m here to teach customer-facing teams everything I learned—no coding required—so you can build a lucrative, fulfilling career in B2B SaaS.
