About SaaS Savvy

A former Presales Solutions Consultant at Zendesk, I advised Silicon Valley enterprises and buzzy UK fintechs on SaaS CRM solutions and closed many multi-million dollar deals.

But when I started my SaaS career, I couldn't tell an API from AWS!

At first, I assumed I should learn to code. But I quickly realized coding gave me no words to use in customer conversations about technology.

I needed to talk tech, not code it!

I pivoted, and built my technical literacy and industry acumen from the ground up. And along the way, I developed my own method for learning technical concepts over code.

Before leaving to start SaaS Savvy, I put this approach into practice at Zendesk, where I took on a new role leveling up technical fluency across our entire Go-To-Market team.

Learning to talk tech - not code it - took my presales career to extraordinary new heights and helped me achieve financial freedom.
